Sports Trainers
The role of sports trainers in sporting clubs can never be understated. With an armory of skills that includes taping, bracing and massage, sports trainers help prepare players for competition. After an injury, it's the sports trainer who plays a key role in determining when it's safe for a player to return to sport.
SPORTSMED·SA provides a support network for sports trainers. We offer a range of workshops each year intended to refresh and extend their skills. Our workshops are presented by leading sports medicine professionals, equipped with the latest research and techniques used in elite teams. Sports trainers have the chance to hear the latest news, practise techniques and network with other trainers.
