At sportsmed, we believe that both positive and negative feedback can help us provide you with a better experience. If you are unhappy with the service or care you are receiving, you have the right to provide this feedback and feel confident doing so. We are always looking for ways to improve our standards, treatment and quality of care to ensure patient experiences and outcomes are successful.

What if I do not feel that my complaint has been resolved?

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the service provided, and you feel your complaint has not been resolved, you should then ask to speak with a senior staff member. Your comments and feedback will be treated sensitively and confidentially.

If you are still dissatisfied and your complaint is not resolved, you may wish to contact the Health and Community Services Complaints Commission for further assistance.
