We are delighted to announce the expansion of GP and general medical services for patients at our Stepney Healthcare Hub.

Our doctors have a special interest in sports medicine and general medical conditions affecting people and families of all ages.

They are able to consult on short-term acute illnesses, as well as chronic, long-term conditions such as arthritis, diabetes and heart disease. Our doctors encourage health assessments and preventative care planning together with health education to patients.

Other areas of interest among our doctors include a range of women’s health issues, men’s health and asthma management. Our doctors also strongly support routine childhood immunisation and are equipped to administer the full range of childhood vaccines.

Dr Mark Fisher is thrilled to continue to expand the service offering to patients following the recent opening of the Healthcare Hub at Stepney.

“We are pleased to follow our recent expansion of services and facilities at Stepney with the addition of new doctors, who can offer a greater number of appointment times to the benefit of patients in the local community,” Dr Fisher said.

“With an additional nine medical consulting rooms now available, our doctors have the capability to consult on more days at extended hours ensuring patients can be treated as soon as possible.”

Our doctors consult alongside our dietitian and psychologist in the new state-of-the-art medical facilities at Stepney that also house Adelaide Occupational Medicine, Clinpath, Dr Jones & Partners featuring a full suite of radiology services including x-ray, CT, MRI and ultrasound medical imaging, TerryWhite Chemmart and Three Sons Espresso.

A weekend casualty service is also available at Stepney for patients requiring immediate treatment and care on Saturday and Sunday.
