sportsmed is delighted to introduce you to Josephine Trimboli who will commence this month.

Josephine will be working across three of our sites —Stepney, Mitcham and Blackwood— as an Exercise Physiologist.

We asked Josephine a few questions so we can get to know her better.

Who is your hero?
Matt Muir… best Exercise Physiologist in Adelaide.

If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
Somewhere tropical with lots of sun.

What is your favorite vacation destination?
Florence is beautiful! New York is also amazing.

What is your favorite thing about your job?
I love empowering people to exercise and helping clients move past pain.

What is your favorite book to read?
Don’t have a favourite, but currently reading ‘The Happiest Man on Earth’ by Eddie Jaku.

What was the last movie you went to?
Space Jam 2

If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?
Spend a day (or 7) at a beach in Croatia.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Gnocchi
