About Clinical Pilates

All patients need to have an initial assessment with a physiotherapist to take a detailed medical history and assess your strength, motor control and flexibility. We then develop an individual program that is specific to your goals and injuries.

Our Pilates experts are offering group Pilates classes. Classes will flow through a series of dynamic floor exercises, aiming to improve:

  • postural strength
  • early-stage rehab
  • neuromuscular control for minimising injuries
  • retraining complex movement patterns
  • core control
  • organisation of head, neck and shoulders
  • hip stability and strength
  • spinal alignment and mobility.

PilatesFit classes are perfect for those looking for a challenge whilst under the watchful of eye of an exercise physiologist. Classes are capped at 5 people to provide individual support and guidance. Each week the classes will have a different focus; from core burn, gluteal focused, shoulder health to a full body workout. Ideal for those wanting that little bit “extra” from their workout.
