About our Running Assessment Clinic

Our comprehensive assessments combine detailed gait analysis with VALD strength and power testing to identify movement patterns, asymmetries, and load-tolerance limitations that may increase injury risk or impact performance. The objective data collected during each session allows our team to provide personalised recommendations, targeted rehabilitation strategies, and structured training advice to help runners move more efficiently and perform better.

What our running assessment includes

All running assessments are conducted using advanced performance technology and may include:
