Glenn is a co-founding Physiotherapist of SPORTSMED•SA, now known as sportsmed.
In 1985, Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr Greg Keene was inspired to build a centre of excellence for the treatment and care of sport injuries, and approached fellow Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr Roger Paterson, along with Sports Physiotherapist Susan Everett to join him in establishing SPORTSMED·SA. Other sports medicine professionals perceived to be the best in their fields were recruited for their skills, ambition and commitment to the vision.
By the end of 1987, the founding principals started to regularly meet to establish the framework for the new clinic. They were Orthopaedic Surgeons Dr Greg Keene, Dr Roger Paterson and Dr Michael Hayes, Doctors with a special interest in sports medicine including Dr Peter Barnes, Dr Mark Fisher, Dr Geoff Graham and Dr Malcolm Grant, and Physiotherapists John Camens, Shylie Davidson, Glenn Dods and Susan Everett.
These practitioners were responsible for overseeing design and construction of the building, developing contractual and financial structures and implementing a marketing and business plan for the clinic.
