Sophie recently completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage in July 2024. Believing strongly in the importance of being in touch with one’s wellness and dedicating time to self-care, Sophie views massage as a powerful tool for achieving balance in the body.

Sophie offers a variety of techniques/ forms of massage, including; Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Swedish (Relaxation) Massage, Reflexology, and Lymphatic Drainage.
