About Gym Services

All new gym members must have an assessment by one of our physiotherapists or a program developed by our exercise physiologist prior to commencing.

Gym programs 
1 month – $120.00
2 month – $180.00
3 month – $240.00

We request that all gym members please:

  • Bring a towel to place on all gym equipment prior to using it and to wipe down equipment after use.
  • Return equipment to storage racks and use for its intended purpose only
  • Wear closed footwear at all times
  • Report any equipment breakdown or emergency to reception
  • Children are not permitted in the gym.

Strength and Conditioning

The development of exercises used to improve physical performance.

Weight training

A range of weights available including Olympic lifting setup.

Cardio

Feel like mixing some cardio into your workouts? We have a variety of machines to choose from to keep you challenged.

Pilates

Our Clinical Pilates classes are capped at 5 people to provide individual support and guidance.

Rehabilitation equipment

We have a range of specialist rehabilitation equipment for those needing post-operative exercise programs.

Member amenities

Modern onsite shower and change room facilities are available to our members.
